I have been having some problems with my computer, and it will need to be either repaired or replaced. I'm taking it in today, and I may be without a computer for awhile so this will be my last electric meter post until that is resolved.

The temperature was not bad yesterday, but the humidity was high enough to keep the heat index near triple digits.

Forecasters said last night's low would be in the mid–70s. It was 78° when I woke up.

This morning's reading is 34377. Yesterday's reading was 34349. Consumption was 28 kWh.

I honestly don't know what the temperature was when I was driving home yesterday. I was thinking about several things, and I wasn't paying attention when the radio reported the current conditions. Forecasters called for a temperature in the mid–90s. I presume that is what it was.

The forecast called for a low in the mid–70s. It was 78° when I woke up.

The photo is hard to read this morning, but I think it says 34349. Yesterday's reading was between 34329 and 34330. That would mean consumption was 19½ kWh.

We're gradually moving toward autumn around here. Forecasters say we can expect daytime highs in the 80s and nighttime lows in the 60s next week, but this week we're still in summer mode.

If summer is coming to an end, it's going out in a real blaze of glory. The temperature was near 100° yesterday. It is expected to be near 100° today. The rest of the week will see temperatures in the mid–90s, forecasters say.

They predicted a low last night of 78°. It was 81° when I woke up.
