Forecasters said yesterday's high would be 84°, but it was already 87° by 2 p.m. The low last night was supposed to be in the lower 50s, but I don't think it ever got quite that cold. It probably will tonight, though. Forecasts are calling for lows in the upper 40s.
This morning's meter reading is between 12378 and 12379. Yesterday's reading was between 12369 and 12370 so consumption was 9 kWh, precisely the same as the day before and 20% higher than a year ago on this day.
