It was cooler yesterday than it has been, but I don't know if it was 20 degrees cooler, as the forecasters had suggested. Nevertheless, it is beyond dispute that, while it had been in the 80s recently, yesterday's high was in the upper 60s, maybe the lower 70s.
Last night was expected to be around 53°. It was 49° when I woke up.
This morning's meter reading is 23242. Yesterday's reading was between 23232 and 23233. My consumption in the last 24 hours was 9½ kWh.
