The temperature was in the 90s yesterday, but it didn't feel that hot, probably because we had cloud cover most of the day. Oh, it was hot, and everyone knew summer isn't over around here. We have been told to expect 90s for the next week at least, but, realistically, we can probably expect daytime temperatures in that range for at least another month.
You don't have to spend much time in Texas before you realize that you have to appreciate the occasional cool front while you have it, whether it lasts a day or just a morning.
Last night's low was expected to be in the mid–70s. It was 78° when I woke up.
This morning's meter reading is between 27048 and 27049. Yesterday's reading was between 27015 and 27016. My consumption was 33 kWh.
