The rain stopped sometime yesterday morning, but the sky remained overcast all day. The temperature was cool, probably in the 40s most of the day.
I don't know what last night's low was expected to be. I do know it was 38° when I woke up.
This morning's meter reading is 28609. Thursday's meter reading was 28464. My daily consumption average over the last five days has been 29 kWh.
