Forecasters told us to expect steadily warming conditions, and they have been correct so far. Temperatures were in the 80s yesterday — low 80s according to the radio but upper 80s according to the temperature reading in my car.
This should continue until Tuesday when strong storms are expected to be moving through this region of the country. Current forecasts suggest the most severe stuff will be to the north of us, but this is, after all, spring, the time of year when we should have more of this kind of stuff than we have had thus far in 2016.
Temperatures were supposed to drop to the low 60s last night, but it was 67° when I woke up.
This morning's meter reading is between 30450 and 30451. Yesterday's reading was 30433. Consumption was 17½ kWh.
