In the middle of the afternoon yesterday, the temperature was just below freezing — around 30°. Forecasters expect this bitter cold spell to linger today, then hopefully the temperature will be around 50° on Tuesday.
Last night's low was expected to be 17°. That was the temperature when I woke up. It may well have been colder at some point during the night.
This morning's meter reading is between 35460 and 35461. Yesterday's reading was 35395. Consumption was 65½ kWh.
