Yesterday must have been the hottest this year — it was 95° when I drove home — but it won't stay at the top of the list for long if the forecasters are right. They're calling for a high of 98° with a heat index of well over 100° today.
Last night's low was expected to be 78°. It was 80° when I woke up.
This morning's meter reading is 37969. Yesterday's reading was between 37935 and 37936. Consumption was 33½ kWh.
