My electricity consumption continues to rise as north Texas is forced to contend with a late August/early September heat wave.
But there may be hope on the horizon.
Daily temperatures around 100° are expected through Friday — but then, on Friday night, a cool front is expected, bringing daytime highs in the 80s and nighttime lows in the 60s.
Yesterday's meter reading was 5779. This morning's reading is 5816. My use yesterday was 37 kWh.
