There was a little cloud cover yesterday morning, but the sun came out with a vengeance in the afternoon. By 2 p.m., the temperature was 90° (heat index 95°). By 3 p.m., it was 92° (96° heat index). That was already higher than the revised prediction. I stopped following it after that.
Last night's low was expected to be 75°. It was 76° when I woke up.
This morning's meter reading is 16435. Yesterday's reading was 16410. That means consumption in the last 24 hours was 25 kWh. That is an increase of nearly 14% compared to the previous 24–hour period, and it is about 6% higher than my consumption on this date in 2013.
