Yesterday didn't seem to be quite as hot as it has been — at first. The sky was overcast, and the temperature was still lingering in the 80s (although the heat index had reached 90°) by 2 p.m., but it seemed to get much warmer by late afternoon.
Last night's low was expected to be around 74°. That is roughly the range that is expected for the next few nights. The temperature was 77° when I got up.
This morning's meter reading is 16253. Yesterday's reading was 16231. Consumption in the last 24 hours was 22 kWh. That is an increase of nearly 7% compared to the previous 24–hour period, and it is the same as my consumption on this date last year.
