Well, now I'm really baffled.
As I observed yesterday, my electricity consumption has tended to be in single digits, typically around 7 kWh, for at least a week now. But, a few days ago, my consumption inexplicably rose to 10 kWh — with no apparent reason why. Then, the next day (yesterday), it was back around 7 kWh.
So I concluded it must have been an anomaly.
But today the usage has gone back up — almost by as much. I was away from my apartment most of the day yesterday, and — to my knowledge — it was a pretty mild day.
Yesterday's meter reading was 6748. Today's reading is 6757.
