The year went out on a cold, gray note. I frankly doubt that the temperature rose above 40°, and, after midnight, light rain entered the area.
So 2015 is off to a gray and drizzly start.
Last night's low was expected to be around freezing, possibly turning the rain into ice, but it is a few degrees above freezing right now.
This morning's meter reading is between 20424 and 20425. Yesterday's reading was between 20353 and 20354 so consumption was 71 kWh. That is nearly 34% higher than the previous 24 hours.
