The forecasters say we're facing severe heat conditions for the next several days, with highs around 103° and 104° by the weekend and continuing into early next week.
It isn't going to cool off much at night, either. Last night's low was supposed to be around 80° or 81°, but it was already 84° (with a heat index of 87°) when I woke up.
This morning's meter reading is between 26151 and 26152. Yesterday's reading was 26113. My consumption was 38½ kWh.
