It was a little milder yesterday, helped along, no doubt, by spotty rain that didn't last long (much more is expected today and tomorrow) but probably helped keep the temperature down (at least when compared to the day before). The high was probably still in the 90s, but it wasn't as deeply into the 90s as it has been.
Once again, last night's low was expected to be in the mid–70s. That's a typical nighttime forecast for this time of year around here, but it has been more wishful thinking than reality lately. It was closer to that when I got up today than it has been recently, though — 76°.
This morning's meter reading is 24407. Yesterday's reading was between 24383 and 24384. My consumption was 23½ kWh.
