Apparently, yesterday was fairly warm for mid–October, even in Dallas, Texas. I stayed in the office most of the day, but I heard that it was in the mid– to upper 80s yesterday afternoon.
Last night's low was supposed to be around 60°, possibly 59°. It was a little warmer than that — 64° — when I got up.
This morning's meter reading is 18882. Yesterday's reading was 18876, so my consumption was 6 kWh, same as it has been for three straight days now, but it is 50% higher than my usage on this day last year.
