This is one of those rare occasions when I don't have a picture to post.
The reason is the weather. We got some freezing rain last night, and there are too many obstacles between me and my meter — the frozen–over stairs that separate me from the ground level, the uphill walk to my meter, and several potentially hazardous spots that are out of my view from my apartment.
It was cold yesterday and last night, low to mid–30s — and, even though it was 80° on Wednesday, apparently the ground was cold enough for the precipitation to stick.
The current temperature is 27°, and forecasts indicate that the temperature won't go above freezing until tomorrow or Sunday.
