By 4 p.m. yesterday, the temperature was around 89° — which is, roughly, what was forecast. Some cloud cover early in the afternoon helped keep it from feeling quite that hot, but that didn't last. The heat index was 92° at 5 p.m.
Last night's low was supposed to be 73°. It was 76° when I woke up.
The outlook for today is for a high of 90°, then the revised forecast calls for highs in the upper 80s from Sunday through Thursday. We'll see.
This morning's reading is 16388. Yesterday's reading was 16362. My consumption in the last 24 hours was 26 kWh, a little more than double my consumption in the previous 24 hours, but it is about 13% lower than my consumption on this date in 2013.
