Yesterday was much like the day before. It was mild and overcast early, but the sun came out by 9 a.m. and the temperature was already around 80°.
The forecast called for a high of 94° (heat index 98°) yesterday — it was 91°(heat index 97°) before 2 p.m. — and a low of 74° last night. It was 75*deg; when I got up.
This morning's meter reading is 16231. Yesterday's reading was between 16210 and 16211. Thus, my consumption in the last 24 hours was 20½ kWh, the same as the day before. It is nearly 14% higher than my consumption on this date a year ago, though.
