Yesterday's high was in the low 70s, and the forecast called for a low of only 59°. Did it drop into the 50s? I don't know. It was 61° when I got up this morning.

Not much variation in temperature is expected today. The forecast says it will rain today (100% chance), especially this afternoon. It's been overcast all morning.

This morning's meter reading is 15554. Yesterday's reading, which was taken later than usual, was 15548 so my consumption since yesterday morning has been 6 kWh.

That's 70% lower than my consumption in the previous 24 hours, and it is precisely my usage level of this day in 2013.
