I spent most of the day in the newsroom so I don't know what the high temperature was, but I do know it got to 55°. I checked conditions online.
Last night's low was supposed to be in the upper 30s. It was 44° when I got up.
Today's forecast calls for a high of 68°, and tonight's low is supposed to be 48°. Given the recent pattern, I am hopeful the temperatures will be warmer than anticipated.
This morning's meter reading is 15431. Yesterday's reading was 15408 so my consumption was 23 kWh. That is more than 36% lower than my consumption in the previous 24 hours.
But it is still nearly four times my consumption on this date in 2013.
