My meter reading today is 2356, which indicates that I used 23 Kwh in the last 24 hours.
I have been monitoring my meter daily since April 2. In those 29 days, I have never used 30 Kwh (or more) in a single 24–hour period, yet the utility billing company has claimed that my average daily usage in both February and March (both of which were quite mild) was 30 Kwh.
My average daily use in the last 29 days has been 12.8 Kwh.
