Today's reading is 2929.
That is slightly more than 30 kWh consumption since I took the photo of the meter yesterday.
The temperature got into the 90s yesterday and the humidity was fairly high, which means the air conditioning was running, so the reading didn't really surprise me.
Actually, I expect more of the same for the rest of the week. The forecasters are still saying that the temperatures will drop into the 80s at the end of the week (with lows in the 60s), but this is, after all, Texas, and the end of this week will be, after all, the beginning of June.
